Following valuable customer feedback, AVASK is pleased to announce the implementation of an automated payment system in May 2024.

This strategic upgrade aims to streamline processes, save time, and enhance service delivery for clients.

I’m an AVASK client. What’s happening?

Starting soon, your invoices will be collected automatically on the due date or the next working day, completely removing the manual payment process.

We require you to transfer to the automated payment system. As an existing client, you should have already received a personalised email containing your unique link to transition to the new system.

Thank you to those who have already signed up to new system.

Once you have transferred and signed up to the new payment method, please cancel any other other payment methods already in place.

What does this mean for AVASK clients?

  • Billing cycle: Automatic renewal and billing will occur on the invoice due date or next working day.
  • Billing preferences: We require a recurring billing method to be kept on file, with payment fees remaining unchanged.
  • Manual payment options: If clients wish to continue with manual payment methods, administrative fees of up to 15% to cover increased staffing, time and systems resources will be incurred.
  • Service customisation: Choose from various subscription options tailored to meet diverse operational needs.
