How to transfer if you’re already with AVASK
Step 1: When do I get my Variation Letter of Engagement?
You should have already received an email containing your new Variation Letter of Engagement with AVASK. This will have come from our AdobeSign e-signing platform.

What you need to do as soon as you get your Variation Letter of Engagement:
Once you receive your Variation Letter, please read it carefully, then digitally sign this document. Do this as soon as possible so we can seamlessly transfer your VAT numbers over to our platform.
How do I log in to the AVASK client portal?
Check your inbox from the week of 26 August 2024!
You’ll get an email inviting you to connect to our client portal. Keep an eye on your inbox, and don’t forget to check your junk folder.
Here’s what you need to know:
Existing users who already have a client portal login:
- Sign in to the client portal
- Follow the API connection prompt to establish a seamless connection
New users who need to create a client portal login:
- Follow the instructions on the email which will be sent to you
- Register for our client portal
- Connect to the client portal and follow the API connection process
How do I set up my payment with AVASK?
- After you’ve digitally signed your Variation Letter, you’ll be automatically redirected to set up your payment on Stripe. Complete this as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted service.

Are Amazon stopping the service or are AVASK and Amazon parting ways?
Amazon have made the decision to cease the Amazon VAT programme – but AVASK are still your tax agents and will continue to act on your behalf, so follow the 3-step process to complete the transition.
